Corporate Governance covers the whole performance and control system of a company, including its organisation, business policy principles and guidelines as well as internal and external control and monitoring. Open and transparent communication with the shareholders as well as employees, customers and suppliers is a prerequisite as is close cooperation within the company. 4SC AG considers transparency, corporate culture as well as value orientated business management as essential. Consequently, the company implements the guidelines of the German Corporate Governance Codex in almost all aspects and adheres to them in its daily business.
