Compensation Report
This Compensation Report is a part of the Management Report including the Corporate Governance Report.
4SC´s management compensation system largely complies with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code. It is designed to compensate the members of the Company’s Management Board and Supervisory Board in line with their activities and responsibilities.
Details of 4SC's compensation report are outlined in the management report of the annual report 2009 under section “6.3 Compensation Report of 4SC.”
